FAQ:

1. What happens if I need to reschedule?
Due to limited slots, rescheduling is subject to availability. Please contact us in advance.

2. What if I want more retouched images?
You can purchase additional images for 100 SGD for 1 photo during your session.

3. What should I bring to the session?
Just bring yourself and your best energy! We’ll guide you through the rest.

4. Would there be any refunds if I can’t make it?

No, as slots are very limited. If you’re unable to attend due to emergencies, we can slot you in on a later Headshot Day date, subject to a case-by-case basis.

5. I wanna sign up for Headshot Day but I can’t make it on your dates. Do you have other days available?

We have our usual Modern Headshot & Personal Branding services which is at our usual rate of 800SGD onwards. If you would like more Headshot Days, you can sign up for our Waitlist below. You get priority booking before our official announcement.

6. What shoes should I bring?
You don’t have bring any shoes for the session. See Headshot Day Variation for what type of shots we capture.

7. I require more time to get more photos captured. What do I do?
Book 2 slots back to back. So we have 80 mins++ with you in total.

8. What do you mean by 15 mins makeup and hair touch up?
This touch up service helps to ensure your face does not look oily and your hair from looking frizzy along with touching up what you already have.

9. Can i get the full makeup and hair makeover?
We understand looking good is important for you. For a much more detailed hair and makeup service, you can book 3 slots of Headshot Day back to back. Ie: 2pm + 3pm + 4pm. Creatively, we have had some clients doing that.

For a full makeup + hair service inclusive of different makeup & hair looks can only happen during our Modern Headshot & Personal Branding sessions.

10. Can I bring my partner to be photographed as well?
Sure you can. Just book 2 slots back to back.
